Join us for a cozy, nourishing winter gathering to honor the quiet and stillness of the season. We’ll share Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine wisdom for supporting digestion, rest, and resilience through winter’s depths. Our breath-focused yoga and breathwork practice will gently awaken inner warmth, leading into a restful savasana with acupuncture to support deep replenishment.
